Ashley is the founder of Ashley Gilbreath Interior Design, established in Montgomery, Alabama in 2007.
She previously worked with fame designer, Richard Keith Langham, in New York City and then went on to hone her talents in the hospitality, commercial, and residential design industries with clients across the U.S.
A Baton Rouge native, Ashley returned to the South with her husband, Barrett, and settled in to Montgomery’s historic Old Cloverdale neighborhood with a restoration project of a Southern “Arts and Crafts” style home. Once at home in Montgomery, she founded AFGID, a full-service interior design firm for commercial and residential clients. Her design philosophy is simple: “casual elegance” and in combination with her talent for creating timeless, livable spaces for the contemporary family is truly her art.
Ashley’s reputation for celebrating timeless neutrals and blending old and new elements into sophisticated practicality led to the launch of PARISH Shoppe in 2010, which also houses her custom design studio, located in the charming Cloverdale Village.
You can find Ashley at home with her devoted husband, Barrett, two delightful children, Cates and Rett, and two lovable boxers, Lawyer and Coco. If you haven’t met Ashley, you should also know that some of her best friends are her previous client.
Born and raised in Montgomery, Ala., Rebecca graduated from Auburn University with a degree in public relations. She is also the newest addition to AFGID. Rebecca and her husband started a dental assisting school in Montgomery in the spring of 2013 where she is the Program Director. She wanted something to so a few days a week and found herself at Ashley Gilbreath Interior Design.
Rebecca is wife to Wright and mom to their two dogs, Tank and Willie. She and her husband reside just east of Montgomery in Pike Road, AL. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys cooking, playing with her dogs, and spending time with her husband and chances are if you knock on her door after 5:00 pm she will invite you in for a glass of wine!
Jessica is a Montgomery native that just can’t bear to leave her sweet little town! As a young child playing with (and renovating) Barbie’s dream house, she quickly realized her passion for making beautiful things!
Jessica studied Interior Design and Art History at the University of Alabama where she learned that great design is always in the details. In the years following, she worked with both residential and commercial designers, and even spearheaded a few projects of her own! Jessica began with AFGID in August of 2013 and has loved every little adventure with the team!
