Project Update: 704 Felder

Here is a little update on the 704 Felder Renovation. In case you’ve forgotten how the project looked at the beginning, you can check it out here.

The exterior is in the process of a major face lift already. We said goodbye to the red brick and went with a pretty cream. Doesn’t it just look so much happier!?

We’ve added a new guest bedroom on the first floor as you will see below.

The new brick color really brightens up the front porch.

The next few pictures will give you an idea of what’s going on inside: lots of demo and some brand new framing. We’re starting to see the new floor plan come to life!

The new kitchen will be much more open and functional with a better view into the dining room. I know it will be a huge transformation and I can’t wait to see it start to take shape.
