I love how the front of the magazine says “Curb Appeal Made Easy”…. I’m pretty sure Ashley would say it wasn’t THAT easy.  This house took A LOT of loving!  I will say their suggestions are awesome ideas for quick and easy updates!

Here are some more before and after shots:

We’ve been featured on the GO Home Blog!

GO Home carries great furniture and accessories and they asked us for a photo of one of the ways we use their products! We couldn’t just give send them a picture of something right off the shelf, so we got creative! We chose one of their wine jugs that we’d had made into a lamp!

GOING GREY

Grey is one of those colors that can be a little bit scary to work with. I guess it’s because its easy to think of grey as a boring color that you often see in a gloomy office space. Well… get used to it! It is such a great neutral. It provides drama, warmth, and impact.

Whites and golds are a great way to brighten up a gray room and keep it from feeling gloomy.

Throw in some stained wood to make it a little more traditional.

It’s also a good color for trim! It’s a little unexpected and can add some interest to a traditional space.

These bunk beds are just so fun! They went with grey walls, trim, stairs and I wouldn’t change it for a second.

Now for some rooms that definitely went for the drama factor…

That last one was the home of the AMAZING Bobby McAlpine. I mean… it doesn’t get much more spectacular than that.

Hopefully I’ve inspired some of you to step out of your comfort zone and add some grey to your homes too!
